We are happy to share Villa Bonita with other families. This Magnificent Waterfront home offers the Island life at its finest. Mediterranean style With all the design accents, furnishings and accessories fitting together in beautiful harmony which makes this home feel warm, inviting and full of character.

Our home is Ideally situated with preferred Direct Boating access yet close to Beaches, Shopping and Restaurants. This home boasts 5 bedrooms where two are Master Suites and 4 bathrooms. The Primary Master bedroom is on the first floor and is steps to your spa and pool with an expansive outdoor space. Dramatic open great room with 22’ ceilings is perfect for family time with your guests. The 2nd floor features 4 spacious bedrooms and a Balcony to enjoy some coffee with views of the Marco river and Sunset’s in the evening.

Rent a boat and tie up to the dock during your stay to explore the many beaches and the Ten thousand islands around Marco. This home is sure to be a hit with boating enthusiasts, Beach lovers or for those just looking to relax in this tropical paradise. Enjoy Fishing from the private dock and perhaps you'll have the pleasure of seeing dolphins or a manatee swimming by!
