Description

Manor Cottage Annexe is attached to owners 17thc thatched cottage. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeps 5 (maximum of 4 adults). It has a family-friendly layout, arranged over two floors: Accommodation is flexible and ideal for families, couples, and small groups of friends.

Own entrance accessed via shared carport.

Parking for one car - possibly another small car (by prior arrangement)

Upstairs: Two generous sized bedrooms (kingsize room and a double/bunk room), each with plenty of storage. One has a lovely view of the garden. Bathroom with a bath.

Downstairs: Fully-equipped kitchen with all mod cons (washer and dryer) and a table (seating for 5), positioned so you can enjoy watching the birds having their breakfast! Shower room with toilet. Good-sized lounge with TV/DVD/Freeview, books and reading lamp, lounge seating for 5/6. Leads out onto secluded sun-filled patio, surrounded by sweet chestnut trees and summer blooms, perfect for a late breakfast or evening bbq.

Patio has table and chairs and bbq (charcoal not included).

Enclosed lawned garden, ideal for children to play or just to peacefully relax listening to the birds and the sea. This is a shared garden, but large enough for guests to enjoy their own private space.

Heating - electric radiators in each room, electric and one oil fired radiator in the lounge.

Wi-fi and electricity included. As well as duvets, pillows, bedlinen, hand towels tea towels and pantry basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and milk).

Travel cot if needed.

Area to rinse and hang wetsuits.

Meet guests on arrival - This is a family home, but guests are very much left to enjoy and relax in their own private space. We are just next door if you need us and are more than happy to help. We have a very friendly dog who occasionally goes in the garden.

“Perfect location to stay in Croyde”

Cottage is perfectly placed in the heart of the village in quite street with a short distance to walk to the croyde beach. The place is very spacious and newly refurbished/ decorated so better than expected. Good sized garden and amazing plants, bushes (very private) Plenty of space for a family and owners are very helpful. Good communication all around, great value for money. Had lovely time and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you Paddy
