Superb 3/4 Bedroomed Townhouse property situated in the heart of Aberdovey on Copperhill Street, this lovely holiday home sleeps up to 8 persons, it has 2 private car parking spaces together with courtyard and a rear decked area,
ideal for couples and families
It has a private location on Copperhill Street, close to all of Aberdovey's amenities, being only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the sea front and beach, The property also has a private courtyard with parking for 2 cars which is quite rare in Aberdovey.
It is an Home from Home holiday property where you will feel comfortable when you walk through the door into the large hall/entrance.
The property is ideal for couples or families and offers 3 bedrooms but can sleep up to 8 persons with an extra bed in the rear study and a put you up bed in one of the double bedrooms.
The property is available for holiday lettings all year round and offers 2 -14 night durations.
The property has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and has a further family bathroom with shower, bath and WC, it also has a separate WC with hand basin.
Their is a study at the rear of the property where an extra single bed can be included
The property has a small secluded private rear decked area..
