Welcome to Simple Pleasures! When we first saw this condo, we knew it had to be ours, and that we had to share it with others! Aptly named Simple Pleasures, because it is simply all you could need for a wonderful lakeside getaway.

When you first enter this walk-in level condo, you will immediately notice the breathtaking, unobstructed view of beautiful Lake Hamilton through a wall of windows. The condo is an end unit with one bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms, with accommodations for 4 people, including a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It has a well-appointed kitchen, wet bar, and a full size washer and dryer, perfect for short or long stays. The private porch is a lovely place to have your morning coffee or an intimate dinner while watching the sunset. Just steps from the porch you can drop a fishing line right in the lake or enjoy a stroll on the boardwalk, spanning the shoreline of the entire Farr Shores property.

The Farr Shores Condos are located on the southeast end of Lake Hamilton, providing for a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Central Avenue, yet still convenient to most well-known attractions and many restaurants. The complex offers many wonderful amenities, including a waterfront swimming pool, tennis and basketball court, and boat ramp. Bring your boat and wave runners along, as the condo comes with 2 wave runner docks, a covered boat slip, and a place to park your trailer!!

Response from the owner I am sorry that you felt your stay was unsatisfactory. I will try to address your complaints. A message was sent to you several days prior to your arrival with the address to the condo including the building and unit number. It also offered to provide more detailed directions should you feel that you needed them and you gave no response. When you called to ask for assistance, you hung up the phone while I was talking and did not answer the 2 return phone calls. Furthermore, I cannot control the accuracy of your GPS navigation. Lake Hamilton water level is dropped every winter to allow for maintenance of the sea wall. The thermostat to control the furnace is located in the hallway of the condo and the heat and air work very well. TripAdvisor handles all exchange of money including the damage deposit. I have an email with a confirmation number from TripAdvisor dated February 15th that confirms your damage deposit has been return. I have also provided that information to you prior to your review. As I have already mentioned, I did attempt to call you several times to ensure you located the condo and you did not answer my phone calls. We do not generally contact our guests during their stay as most are there to relax and unwind and we try not to interrupt their relaxation. We do provide our contact information should any of our guests need anything and we promptly respond to their needs. As a resident of Hot Springs, I know that you will not find a nicer condo with an unobstructed view of Lake Hamilton for $100 a night than Simple Pleasures.
