## Space

This 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom luxurious villa is the perfect place to unwind and relax in Lovina’s paradise. Unwind in one of the dreamy king sized suites both featuring en-suite bathrooms. The master bathroom features a massive and luxurious soaking tub as well as a rain shower. The second en-suite bathroom features a rain showers with all modern amenities.

Dine in the beautiful, modern, and open-air kitchen while you enjoy the company of those around you. The kitchen table is the perfect size to gather and indulge in meals together. The kitchen is equipped with high end and modern appliances and contains everything you need to enjoy the cuisine of your choice in the comfort of your beautiful villa.

The common area overlooks the garden and pristine swimming pool, perfect for lounging in the shade and relaxing while still being able to visit with those around.

The garden villa and pool is the perfect place to put your mind at ease. The crystal clear swimming pool is the ideal spot to cool off hot days in the Balinese sun. Sip on a cold drink while lounging around your very own private swimming pool and garden. Soak up in sun while you relax around the pool on one of the pool’s lounging chairs or enjoy the shade under the poolside gazebo.

Interaction

The villa is equipped with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay. There is a villa manager, Sandy, to assist with the check in and take care of any problems that may arise, a half day housekeeper and on-site security. The villa's chef, Mary makes fabulous food, and is available for hire if you choose to dine in for lunch or dinner with additional charge.

*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.

Most of the time our guests don't drive by themselves so we provide an experimented driver for them or scooter rental because indeed it's a mountain road

Our villa is also on another online booking platform where we have collected 28 reviews from our guests (96% of 5 stars and 4% of 4 stars reviews) Nevertheless, in a constant effort to improve our services, several measures have been put in place following these incidents: · To facilitate access to the villa we decided to take care of transportation from the airport to the villa · Breakfasts will now be offered. · The menus proposed by Marie have been standardized and its prices lowered · Finally, we decided to strengthen our team and meet them even more regularly to improve communication and training. Response from the manager Hello Kustiine, Thank you for staying at our villa. I'm sorry for bad experiences you got but grateful for your suggestions and compliment. We are fixing our service, step by step since your stay, and it shows a good changes already. We made a gate for the villa, and the security got his bench on the parking lot. we briefed the whole neighborhood (as you know it's in the middle of a rural village, not easy but we talked to them and they understood). However, we can't control any sound or music coming from Balinese people/temple that have ceremony, it may be far, but because the location of the villa is on the hill and facing the jungle + village downhill(quite far actually), you might hear the echo. For dogs or chicken sound, we made a gate so no chicken or dogs going inside the villa. But can still hear them from a far in the jungle or from neighbor's house, which is the matter of nature and people's right to have pets. We upgraded the internet speed, and asked the manager to change the password every time we have guest. No kids squatting around anymore (thanks to the gate). Transport service, meals and spa therapists are additional services provided by the local manager, so what I did is to deliver every guests message regarding his services (good or bad), I can't do much about this, but if there's another bad review on the therapist, I would ask the manager to change his workers or consider to terminate the service, as finding professionals is a really big deal there. Although we are doing our best to have better and better service for our beautiful villa in Lovina (North Bali), we can't compare the service with the developed South Bali like seminyak, sanur, kuta, or canggu (I have many properties in the South and Bali Center (Ubud), but the challenge is in the North). Apart from that we make more training and keep our eyes on this villa. We will be very happy for your return and feel the difference. Kind regards Yusaria
