Located on the ground floor, double entrance, 2 private parking spaces and access to a large garden (MQ.1000) shared with the other apartment. Equipment: a covered balcony and a veranda with table and chairs, two sun loungers and two deckchairs, the living room has a large table that can be opened with 8 chairs and a sitting area with a piece of furniture, a double sofa bed, a large puff and an LCD television. 50 ". The kitchen has a large fridge, a gas hob, a ventilated electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a table with stools, the bathroom has a window, has a shower and a washer dryer. Getting around

Out of the properties they open up myriad opportunities for both walking on foot in the green surrounding area by bicycle along the roads well paved that lead either to the nearby seaside resorts that just as neighboring villages surrounding hilly village. From the bus stop which is located in MT: 50 will arrive in 10 minutes in the city center and from there by train or by bus you will reach amazing places near and far of Liguria, Tuscany, Lunigiana and why not even France; car obviously enjoys greater autonomy and comfort in raggiungeren the same places but most picturesque corners and little lapped by mass tourism.
