The apartment is on the quiet Scorpio complex and has its own panoramic views over Puerto Rico. The complex is popular with couples or family who are looking for a relaxing independent holiday. It is within 15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the Europa Centre, which has a choice of shops, bars and restaurants. A 5 minute taxi journey will take to Puerto Rico's bustling nightlife, where you will find a choice of bars, restaurants and various nightclubs. The apartment is suitable for children of all ages

“Good Value with super balcony & views”
The owner Raoul was easy to deal with and very prompt to reply to emails. He was particularly helpful when we had to change our arrival date due to the collapse of Monarch. The apartment complex is on top of the hill overlooking the Puerto Rico valley. Whilst it is a little dated, it is very well maintained and the staff we encountered all seemed welcoming. Entry to the complex is via 2 locked doors giving a strong sense of security. The Europa commercial centre is just a couple of minutes walk away offering a selection of supermarkets/restaurants/bars. The town centre and beach areas are about a 20-25 minute walk down the hill or a 4E or 5E taxi ride away dependant upon the time of day. Like the complex, the apartment is a little dated - but the star of our stay was most definately the balcony. Large enough to accommodate 4 sun beds and table and chairs. It offers stunning views over Puerto Rico. A great space to spend some time. The apartment also offers TV in the lounge and bedroom, has a good bed and had plenty of hot water. Overall we had a very good stay and thought the apartment represented really good value for money and would recommend to others on the proviso that the hillside location is understood.
