From the kitchen area, even the cook can see a breathtaking view from this 2nd floor unit. There are elevators, but this unit is easily reached by walking up to the 2nd floor from the west side steps. (2nd door down.)

This is your dream vacation spot for the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Shores beautiful white sands. Grand Beach Resort is full of amenities such as outdoor pool for swimming and sunbathing, a hot tub for relaxing and a grilling area.

Getting around

There are several places, food establishments and shopping withing walking distance. Bring your bike if you wish. There is a bike lane on Beach Boulevard and we have a place to park your bike at the east end of the building, not far from our second floor condo. We are within 1 mile of the popular spots, "The Hangout" and "Pink Pony Pub"!

We can interact as much or as little as you desire. I am available 24/7 for any emergencies. I'm also available for routine questions. ALWAYS call with questions. I enjoy talking to my renters and have made some great friends. I am available for your needs!

How do damage deposits work?

If Steve or Pamela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
