Gorgeous Private retreat in quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with wonderful Mountain, Boulder and Sunset views. Escape the heat or come up for the snow. Close to some of the best golf, hiking trails and fishing in the state of Arizona; The Dells, Granite Mountain, Lynx Lake, Willow Lake, Watson Lake only minutes away. A five minute drive to downtown, yet you feel like you're truly away from it all. The home and deck are high above any neighbor - you really are king of the hill here! Cool and relaxing - quiet and peaceful.

Fully - equipped with everything you need to make it a fun friends and family get-away. Recently remodeled and updated furnishings including new bedding and pillow-top beds. The home is complete with High Speed Wi-Fi, Blue Ray, Netflix, Cable, Bluetooth Speakers, Xbox, Wii and Board Games. Great room has a Gas Fireplace and the large kitchen is great for gatherings with exit to deck.

The new kitchen is equipped with everything you could want in your own kitchen... Gas Stove/Oven, Toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Wine Refrigerator, Crock Pot, Coffee Maker, Keurig, Food Processor, Hand Mixer, Blender, Pots & Pans, Nice Dishes & Glassware, Plenty of Bakeware and huge spice selection for your cooking pleasure!

If you're not a cook, it's very close to plenty of restaurants nearby, El Gato Azul, Rosa's, Prescott Station, the Dinner Bell (great breakfast), Papa's Italian Restaurant, Iron Springs Cafe and of course, the Hassayampa Inn and in downtown, Whiskey Row and the Court House Square also features numerous restaurants and bars for your culinary pleasure! So many places, so little time!

Shopping is also nearby with grocery stores within 2 miles and the Prescott Gateway Mall only 6 miles away. Whatever you need can be found within a 10-15 minute drive.

The large deck is peaceful and private. Gas BBQ Grill available for your use and there is a seating area with fire pit. The deck is surrounded by mountains, trees and boulders that go for miles. Perfect place to read a book or enjoy dining outdoors!
