LOOKING FOR YOUR OWN PLACE DOWN THE SHORE? PLACE FOR THE SUMMER? ARE YOU RELOCATING FOR WORK OR DO YOU JUST WANT TO SPEND THE SUMMER AT THE SHORE AND COMMUTE TO WORK?

We have a beautiful classic clean beach house studio available for either monthly or seasonal rental. This is a home away from home.

We offer 1 free parking space (additional parking spaces are available) plus up to 2 beach badges.

We are located on beach block, just five homes from the boardwalk and beach. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distance memory. And should you need to return back to your beautiful vacation home (like forgotten suntan lotion or to use the bathrm) the process becomes easy and care free. Enjoy free movies on the Sandy Beach every Thursday and Sunday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night beach fireworks.

Our Studio is centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, night life and activities. Restaurants such as Hemmingway's, the new “Free Range” and Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill await your arrival. At night there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the world famous Bamboo Bar (the biggest indoor/outdoor nightclub in NJ) or Upscale Club Karma (Jersey Shore cast hangout) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemmingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional sea shore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 15 minute walk)

The Studio has a separate brand new Kitchen. Our kitchen has high-end all wood cabinets, high efficient electric stove tops, new counter tops and bachelor size refrigerator. Our Bathroom and showers are fully tiled and spotless. The living room has a single bed plus a queen size sofa bed.

In addition, we offer all the comforts of home, which include:

The place is absolutely great as well as the owner! The perfect location keeps you in walking distance to the beach and boardwalk! We will most certainly be back for future visits!
