Build as warm holiday home with full equipment to provide our guests best organized vacation. Located on ideal location for those who want to avoid driving. Beach, supermarket, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, bus station and center are in walking distance.

Cozy, elegant, warm, comfortable, private.. are the first words that come to mind when we think of Villa Summer. Built on two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs are four bright bedrooms decorated with warm colors with air conditioning system and two bathrooms as well .The ground floor consists of one more bedroom equally as beautiful, bathroom, an open-plan living area, with an expansive living and dining room adjoining the lovely kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area makes a really social space featuring quality furnishings. As soon as you enter the outdoor space, it’ll be hard to pull yourself away from this slice of Croatian paradise. Showcasing outdoor-living at its finest, every need has been catered for with large dining table to sample tasty treats fresh off the BBQ and outdoor sofa for some real comfort. The main stone terrace with private pool is an absolute dream surrounded by greenery, hidden from other people views in order to provide our guests the highest level of privacy. Equipped with sun beds and parasols with multiple spaces to gaze and relax.

This beautiful Villa Summer is in great location for those wanting fell a Croatian holiday full of various experiences.

Private Boat tour with speed boat. Ideal for those who want to get to know the beautiful Croatian coast and islands. This boat tour will take you to 3 beautiful Elaphiti Islands, all around Dubrovnik walls, a Blue Cave, a sandy beach, a nice restaurant where you can have lunch. We really recommend a boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast much as possible.(extra fee)

We are offering van and private car transfers to Dubrovnik and other locations on request. Taxi service is available. There is public bus line and its driving every couple hours. In center of Mlini you can find water taksi to Dubrovnik. .
