This is a warm 2 bedroom 2 bath condo nestled on beautiful Cocoa Beach. We provide everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. This is not a spring break facility and wild parties are not condoned. From all the amenities you find at home to world class dining and entertainment you cant afford to not visit this charming community. Cocoa Beach offers something for everyone so if you have a flair for excitement learn how to surf or charter a private fishing boat for some of the best fishing in the Atlantic ocean. Have little ones? Take them to the Brevard Zoo or go manatee hunting! Or do you just want to sit in a beach chair, run your toes in the beautiful soft sand and read a good book you can find it all here in Cocoa Beach and what's best is it's less than one hour from the Orlando International Airport. Come see why we call Cocoa Beach our second home!

How do damage deposits work?
