The Ashley tree house has an open floor plan. The main living level includes the front deck, kitchen, living, bath, dining and a generous sleeping room with door and private exterior balcony. The loft, open from the floor below, has two separate sleeping areas. These open onto an upper balcony. The open plan is arranged to provide visual privacy for the sleeping areas. There is an exterior shower and gas grill area.

Sheets, pillows, beach towels, bath towels and beach toys are provided.

It is our great pleasure to greet each guest at check-in. This allows for a brief walk-thru to explain the AC system, the electronics and the various electrical switches. This is also a good time for a quick orientation to local restaurants, local attractions, historical sites and important Folly Beach rules. When checking out, please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. No need to strip the beds but we do appreciate garbage taken to the receptors. Keys go back on the hook, and if we don't meet you then, please lock the door.

How do damage deposits work?

If Cindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
