This stone-built annexe is situated on the edge of the village of Rowsley and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Old Farm House is a lovely stone-built annexe situated next to the owners' home, on the edge the village of Rowsley, near Bakewell. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with en-suite and a twin, together with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private courtyard with furniture and a shared lawned garden. Old Farm House is a delightful base for a couple or small family.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, shared washing machine and tumble dryer in external utility, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request through the owner. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Private courtyard with furniture, plus shared use of owners' lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: There are two steps down to the ground floor bathroom.

Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Rowsley is a pretty village situated close to both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

Rowsley has many attractions, including Caldwell's Mill which houses the last water-powered roller flour mill and a range of craft workshops, shops and a restaurant, Peak Rail, which is a rail enthusiasts dream with rides along the valley, and the Peak Village which has many outlet shops with bargains galore together with feature attractions, a fitness centre and an old fashioned sweet shop and ice cream parlour.
