Just a short stroll to the Canyon Road area as well as the historic Santa Fe Plaza sits this charming adobe built over 100 years ago. This 850 sq. ft. property affords an excellent alternative to hotel accommodations. While small, it is equipped with a complete kitchen; gas range, subzero fridge, dishwasher and a cozy kitchen table where you can enjoy a home-cooked meal!
The living room has comfy seating to relax and read a book or watch your favorite TV show. The non-functioning fireplace adds to the classic Santa Fe charm.
Off the living room is the bedroom with king bed, reading lamps and access to a side patio.
The full bathroom has an old-fashioned claw foot tub/shower and plenty of towels and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer. There is a walled flagstone patio with table and chairs and BBQ. Off street parking for two cars is provided. The owner will consider pets. There is no phone landline at this home.
