This 3-bedroom 3-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Spectacular views of the beach, ocean and the nearby island of Vieques from your private balcony. Enjoy the best that the Marbella Club has to offer: two large pools, an enormous whirlpool spa, elevator service, and access to The Cava, an underground wine cellar. This private corner unit has views from every room and a relaxing patio to enjoy the best of the Caribbean.

Marvel in the beauty, safety and convenience of Palmas Del Mar, a 2700 acre gated resort community. boasting two world-class golf courses designed by Rees Jones and Gary Player, the largest tennis facility in the Caribbean, 18 unique restaurants, and abundant activities including scuba diving and fishing boat charters, horseback riding, nature trails, kayaking and more. Only a short drive from the San Juan Airport and historic Old San Juan, the El Yunque rain forest with its waterfalls and hiking, and the bio-luminescent bays.

This condo is recently upgraded throughout with high end furniture, appliances and décor. Two thousand square feet of space provide plenty of room for you and any family and friends that are lucky enough to join you!

The spacious first master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, huge soaking tub and separate walk-in and sit-down shower. Windows in this room look out directly on the ocean and beach.

The second master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, private patio overlooking the golf course, en-suite bathroom and a separate entry for privacy and convenience.

The third bedroom has sleeping space for four with twin-sized trundle beds and bunk beds. For your convenience, additional air beds and linens are provided.

You'll find all the conveniences of home in this unit, with cable TV, high-speed wifi internet and access to all of your streaming video, Bluetooth audio system with Bose speakers, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker. Separate A/C units with individual temperature control in each bedroom allow you to customize your comfort.

Spend the morning with a coffee watching the incredible sunrise over the Caribbean! This is our home away from home. We spend every moment we can enjoying the many amenities of Marbella Club, Palmas Del Mar and incredible history and culture of Puerto Rico. We're confident you will fall in love with this place just as we have.

AMENITIES

Outdoor swimming pools and a large hot tub, gym, 24-hour security, a concierge, and beautifully kept grounds and common areas are all available at the Marbella Club. We also provide our guests access to La Cava. This truly unique wine cellar is perfect for sharing a glass of wine by the fireside, or entertaining with friends. In addition, Palmas del Mar offers 18 restaurants, many beaches, golf, horseback riding, nature trails, a casino, the Beach Club with water slides, and more amenities, available for all our guests.

NOTES

Televisions with cable are available in both master bedrooms and the living area, along with either Blu-ray/DVD players or streaming capability. Free high-speed wifi will let you stream your favorite shows and music. Play music from your phone or tablet via Bluetooth on the Bose speaker system. Beach towels and portable chairs are provided. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, oven and stove top, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker, and dishes, utensils and everything you need to cook.

Getting around

The nearest airport is in San Juan (SJU). It's about 45 miles from the airport to our villa, and the drive usually takes 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic. There are shuttles and taxis that can bring you to Palmas Del Mar; the rates would be $100 to $200 roundtrip for a family of four. We recommend a rental car for flexibility, however, since it is relatively easy to get around Puerto Rico. When you're inside the resort, many people prefer golf carts for transportation. Rental golf carts are available, and we can help arrange this for our guests. Palmas Del Mar has restaurants, bars, shops, and a small grocery store, so many people never leave until it's time to go home!

We stayed at Marbella 524 and we couldn't have been any happier with the facility! The Marbella is a beautiful condo with precise attention to detail! It was equipped with everything we needed ... and more! The condo had a perfect oceanfront view. I cannot say enough about the place - truly spectacular! There were 8 of us and we all agreed we would love to come back.The accommodations were superb and Nancy was great to work with. Thank you for making our stay at the Marbella a wonderful experience!
