Description

This wonderful quiet villa boasts newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. All furniture is top of the line and newly purchased. The bedroom has a wonderful king size bed and 40 inch flat screen tv and hardwood floors. New linens have been provided for every bed and all including quilts are washed between each guest. The pillows are both natural (down pillows as well as alternative down) The living room has a new leather queen size pullout sofa bed and a 50 inch flat screen tv. There is also a roll away bed in the closet.

This gourmet kitchen has everything the travelling chef requires. All stainless steel appliances d/w, micro, stove and french door refrigerator with ice and water on the door, quartz counter tops, new pots and pans, dishes and utensils. All small appliances are there for your use including both a kuerig coffee maker and a regular coffee machine, blender, toaster, and teapot.

The villa also has a newly renovated bathroom with large shower and vanity with quartz counter top. The hair dryer, magnifying mirror, iron, and ironing board will help make your stay feel more like home. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the event you need to do some laundry. Every consideration for your comfort has been provided including two brand new huffy beach bikes with locks, racks and baskets for your use. We also provide beach gear including 2 beach chairs, cooler, large thermos, umbrella and beach towels.

The screened in porch has dining for 4 and a seating area to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather along with an electric grill.

We also provide the latest in technology with a Xfiniity wifi, Comcast TV and an Amazon echo that will allow you to play unlimited music, answer questions, control the thermostat and a list of other interesting feature that will be outlined in a brochure at the property.

Our property location allows you to walk to bars and restaurants including Double Roads, the Dive Bar and Harborside. The property is adjacent to Carlin Park. I would recommend taking the bikes to the beach since it is a 10 minute walk from our door. The property also has a restaurant on premise, two heated, pools, tennis courts and grilling facilities by the pool. We will provide you with a to do list with suggestion of places to go when you reserve with us.

We are new to vacation rentals in Jupiter but have been extremely successful with our vacation rental in Key West, FL and Point Pleasant beach NJ. We work hard to make sure your vacation is everything it should be and welcome any suggestions for improvement.

Ii would recommend a car because everything is spread out but if you are only interested in going to the beach and local restaurants it is not necessary
