Villa 7J Quinta dos Alamos

Villa 7J Quinta dos Alamos is a charming 3-bedroom villa, sleeping 6 adults + 2 small children and affording a prime location in Quinta dos Alamos estate. With beautiful beaches like Galé located within a short drive and the town of Guia a short walk away, this is the perfect property for your family holiday in the Algarve.

This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. On the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms: 1 double (with en-suite bathroom), 1 twin and 1 with a sofa-bed, as well as an additional bathroom.

On the ground floor there is another bathroom and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen which includes a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, dishes and utensils. The living / dining room is inviting and comfortable, where your family can gather in the evenings.

Leading out from the living room is the private garden and swimming pool, with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and table and chairs for enjoying meals al fresco. A portable BBQ is also available. A small gate leads to the communal grounds, where the large communal swimming pool is located, just adjacent to the villa. The estate is fenced and affords marvellous countryside views.

The villa is located in a beautiful residential estate, a short, few minutes, walk from the town of Guia, with several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri (spicy chicken), banks and bakeries, and the Algarve Shopping centre, with a variety of shops, supermarket and restaurants is only an 20-minute walk away (5-minute drive).

The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, São Lourenço or São Rafael.

The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive.

Car Hire is recommended, if you wish to hire a car, we can help you with this.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
