Description

Brand new to the rental market and located at the Falls Condominiums off Horseshoe Bend Pkwy at the 2 mile marker of the main channel! The breathtaking lakefront view is the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. 3 bedroom/3 bath 1640 square foot condo. Handicap accessible with elevators very close by that go to every floor and to the dock/pool level.

Condo has been completely renovated with new carpet, furniture, lighting, bedding and linens, kitchen items, TVs - completely new!

Boat slip is available to rent.

This condo has an amazing 180 degree unobstructed view of the main channel. You can see both the sunrise and the sunset from the huge screened and tiled deck.

The condo is situated at Falls Point at the intersection of the main channel and a 1 mile long cove. This makes it perfect for accessing the main channel and watching the boats and water activities as well as enjoying the calm water of the cove for swimming, wave runners, skiing, etc.

The 45x10 deck can be accessed from both master bedrooms plus the living room. There are 30 feet of floor to ceiling sliding doors on the lake side of the condo creating a fantastic view of the lake from the moment you open the front door. The deck has seating for 10, a large new Charbroil SS gas grill with side burners and natural gas connection, Smart TV, and refrigerator.

The 2 master suites have king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a toddler bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in living room and a queen size air mattress that can be placed in any room for additional sleeping. The condo sleeps 11 with the air mattress.

All beds have brand new bedding from mattress pads to comforters, pillows, blankets and 1800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.

Living room has brand new leather queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large leather glider recliners, large screen Smart ultra high definition TV above the gas fireplace, and 12 feet of floor to ceiling sliders to access the deck.

The large kitchen is fully stocked with brand new pans and bakeware, table service for 12, mixer, toaster, blender, waffle iron, crock pot, coffee maker, etc. The dining room table and bar stools seat 14.

Laundry room has washer and dryer and the laundry supplies are provided (laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets, etc)

There are 5 TVs in the condo - a large screen 50" ultra HD Smart TV in living room, and 32" Smart TVs in 3 bedrooms plus deck.

Charter cable and internet with WIFI are included along with a Blu ray/DVD player and a portable Bluetooth speaker.

There are a large variety of pool toys for you to enjoy at the beautiful large lakeside pool overlooking the point of the main channel and cove. There is also a pool high on the bluff, tennis courts, wooden playground and clubhouse. There is a cooler on wheels and a Bluetooth portable speaker you can take with you as well.

Great location. Lovely clean condo. The owner was very helpful. Will book again. We were able to get taxi rides to main hot spots with no problem. Location is key and this condo is perfect!
