Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week!

**Right now we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years and older.**

Hidden in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away.

The house is perfectly sized for families and groups large or small. The main floor is an open floor plan throughout with a lofted two bedrooms and full size convertible for extra sleeping. Windows surround the livingroom to bring the nature views to the comfort of the fireside, enjoy the fireplace with friends and family while watching the snow fall around you.

The indoor/outdoor, cedar and tiled all season room gives you access to an indoor hot tub year round. Enjoy a meal then have a drink and a soak inside the in floor jacuzzi / hot tub.

The large wrap around kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and everything needed for making and baking home cooked meals. The kitchen joins the main livingroom/dining room area so there's no disconnect from the cook and the family.

Two brand new 65" LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch.
