Unit 1002 is a Gulf Front 3 bedroom 3 Full size Bath Condo on the 10th floor, just a elevator ride down and you're on the beach, just steps away. This Condo has all the comforts of home. A large gulf- front living area with a 55 inch flat screen HDTV with HD cable and a DVD blue ray player. The condo also has Wi-Fi internet. The living area opens up to a balcony with amazing water and beach views. The condo's kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops It has a breakfast bar that opens up to the main living area and kitchen table with seating. The gulf master suite has a King size bed, with a 40 inch flat screen HDTV and an HD cable box and a DVD blue ray player and Wi-Fi. The master suit has floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach, the master suit also opens up to the balcony and has a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with it own private attached bathroom with a tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom had a queen bed and a twin bed with an full size attached bathroom with a tub and a shower.
Ocean Ritz 1002 boast a extra large balcony equipped with an outdoor couch and table and chairs. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee or just enjoying the view of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches!" “Ocean Ritz 1002”
Condo was great. It is in a great location and is very well kept. The large balcony is furnished with nice furniture to sit and enjoy the view of the water and beach. The bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. There were 6 of us and still plenty of room inside the condo to sit, talk and hangout. Everyone enjoyed themselves and hated to leave at the end of the week. Linda was great about answering any questions and sending us detailed instructions on arriving and departing. I've seen some mention the elevators and parking as a negative. The elevators worked fine the entire week. Our parking spot was across the street from the condo and the only problem we had was people parking in it that weren't staying at the Ocean Ritz but the property manager took care of that problem immediately, so for us parking really wasn't a problem. We had 2 vehicles and there was a parking pass for the back lot which is where I parked and had no problems at all. Had a excellent time Thank You Paul
