Our MB Ocean Park Resort #1208 condo "Clamity Jane" is direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA, on the top 12th floor, sleeps 6, spectacular view and upgraded every year. Spectacular views of ocean, 2 oceanfront balconies. Indoor / outdoor pools and jacuzzies, gym, free WiFi for Internet. New flat top stove, New dishwasher & new under cabinet microwave. *Sat to Sat weekly rentals only from April-Sept.* Our 'Clamity Jane' condo is a direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA at the Ocean Park Resort #1208. Condo is on the top 12th floor with penthouse views, sleeps 6 and recently upgraded! Spectacular direct oceanfront views! New flat top range, new dishwasher and new microwave under cabinet! Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10am. New pet friendly with $100 pet cleaning fee.

Condo Access: 2 condo Keys, 2 parking passes, pool wristbands, map, resort rules, owner vacation rental agreement, etc., all are mailed to you after we receive your signed vacation rental form back with your info and ours on it, and payment to owner clears our bank.

Condo & Resort are Great for family vacation! Owner discounts! Enjoy this direct oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on top 12th floor with spectacular panoramic view of the ocean from the top twelveth floor! Spacious 1000 square feet, sleeps 8,, and includes a full kitchen oceanfront den, oceanfront master bedroom, second bedroom and two balconies. 2 new queen beds in each bedroom! Den and master bedroom Balconies are parallel to ocean or direct oceanfront. Our Clamity Jane condo Sleeps six on two new queen-size beds and new double sleeper futon in den. Many new amenities added including: 2 new queen beds, all new plumbing, new faucets and master toilet. New HVAC system installed.

Five to ten minute drive to the new oceanfront boardwalk, Myrtle Beach International Airport, Market Commons shops, theater, Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Pavilion, The Palace, public tennis and basketball courts and parks, hundreds of restaurants, outlet stores, shops, grocery stores, numerous golf courses, churches, casino boat tours, theatres, and near everything. Also, fifteen to twenty minutes drive to NMB, MI Seafood, House of Blues and Barefoot Landing. New WalMart Market nearby.

Two private porches overlooking ocean from den and master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer, armoire with new HDTV, new Sanyo DVD/CD/MP3 player in den and new RCA 100-watt home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. 3 HDTV's in den & both bedrooms. New HVAC, recliner, new double sleeper futon in den, new carpet, new hardwood floors in kitchen, new recliner and private covered parking.

Our Ocean Park #1208 condo is also about one mile from the Market Commons shopping area beside MB Internation Airport, which is a huge shopping and retail area featuring places like Tommy Bahama Cafe, PF Cheng's China Bistro, Ultimate California Pizza, Orvis, Grand 14 Cinema, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, etc. Broadway at the Beach is also easily accessible, as well as Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, and tons of other attractions. Barefoot Landing is about 20 miles from the resort.

Rate includes all: Discount, All taxes, fees, utilities, clean linens and towels, and condo is cleaned before and after your stay!

Renter should be: over age 22, 6 people max., no smoking condo and resort, pets considered (1-2 small dogs under 40 lbs. okay). 1-2 families max.
