Description

The cozy 2-bedroom apartment (hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom, toilet and shower) is located in the Pankow / Prenzlauer Berg and is rented to 1 to a maximum of 4 persons. The central location and modern 60 square meter apartment has been freshly renovated. In the living room there is a sofa with sleeping function (140x200 cm). The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with new mattresses. After a nice tour through Berlin you can then recover well and relaxed sleep, because the apartment is quiet. But you could also conjure up by the fully equipped kitchen a great dinner. By warm colors and lovingly coordinated interiors just have to feel good only in the home. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi make your stay more comfortable. The apartment has furthermore a modern convection oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a TV and a hair dryer. The entire apartment is newly furnished! Shops for self catering are just 2 minutes walk and are from Mon-Sat: open 0:00: 08: 00-20. The approximately 7 km to the center can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The nearest tram and bus stop are only 1 minute walk away. From here it is easy to conquer without a car Berlin. The access to public transportation is very good. Despite new laws in Berlin - We must continue to rent to you! I am pleased to welcome you as our guest you soon.

Response from the owner Die Ferienwohnung wurde vor nicht mal einem Jahr komplett saniert, und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Betten Matratzen, Schränke und Möbel sind neu. Ich denke dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als gut ist! Das Licht wurde am gleichen Tag repariert. Man musste nur den Schalter benutzen. Sie haben kein Hotel gebucht, sondern eine Ferienwohnung, damit haben bei ihrem kurzen Aufenthalt, 1 x frische Handtücher sowie 1x frisches Bettzeug gebucht. Ich bitte die Wohnung mit einem fairen, und preiswerten Übernachtungspreis an, kann dann aber nicht verstehen, wie Leute wie Sie, einen täglichen Zimmerservice erwarten....
