Modern, sophisticated 2 bedroom apartments located in Calliaqua with private patios, picnic area, laundry facilities and parking. It is worth noting the building has a total of 6 units that are available for rent. In addition, there is another building with two units, one 3 bedroom, and one 2 bedroom. Please inquire for availability.

These apartments are intended for vacationers, consultants and medical students. The apartment complex provides short and long term accommodation to its tenants in an intimate atmosphere. The apartments are designed to provide modern living spaces with private patios that gives an exquisite birds-eye view of the manicured gardens, lush palm trees and exotic tropical plants.

Each apartment is comfortably outfitted with a spacious kitchen, dining and sitting area, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Each bedroom has air conditioning with a queen, double bed or twin beds and bedding, chest of drawers, clothes closet, desk and chair, desk lamp, ironing board, security bars, security latch and electronic deadbolts on doors and security cameras.

The bathroom has hot and cold water in the shower and sink, mirror, cabinets, grab bars and towels.

Each kitchen includes an oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking pans and plates, cookware, cutlery, granite countertop, stainless steel sink, and adequate storage space.

The sitting area comes equipped with a 42-inch LED flat screen TV, cable, internet, fan, etc. Each apartment has a dining room suite with four chairs.
