This fantastic apartment for 4 people is located 400 metres away from the sea in Port de Pollensa.

A simple furnished terrace, surrounded by the trees and mountains, is the perfect place for unforgettable moments by your family and friends. The quietness of this beautiful coastal residential will be your best company during the delicious breakfast in the morning or a good glass of wine in the evening. And, of course, you can always enjoy a great beach day in the meantime, which is about 1 minute walk away, a great privilege!!

This first floor apartment, in a building without elevator, offers a great living-dining room where you can rest, read an interesting book, watch the Sat-TV or enjoy your meals all together in this air-conditioned space. The kitchen, independent and with a ceramic top, features everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Right here, you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The accommodation offers two bedrooms, with a closet and AC both, and two bathrooms, being one of them en-suite. The first bedroom has a double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with a tub, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower and it serves the rest of the house. We can provide a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

You are only a few minutes walking from the beautiful and extensive beach of Port de Pollensa. This is a fine sandy beach, ideal for families with children specially. The promenade offers a nice walk while admiring the boats in the harbour or enjoying some drinks in any of the bars. Since it is located between the sea and the mountain, Port de Pollensa is a paradise for hikers, bikers and those who love water sports. The lighthouse of Formentor, the cove of Coll Baix or the chapel of La Victoria all are worth a visit. Finally, Port de Pollensa offers all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and all needed services for an independent stay.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
