Villa Cyan is a recent villa located nearby Seminyak Square in the Oberoi neighbourhood, the trendiest area of Seminyak. This is where you will find the most popular restaurants (Batik, Junction, Ultimo, Grocer & Grind, Mr Spoon, Sisterfields, Bali Cafe ...) and most beautiful shops.

Set amidst a lush and calm tropical garden, the villa combines traditional style and modern comfort with plenty of spots to chill and relax.

It evolves around a central private swimming pool of 4 x 14m made of green Javanese stones with immersed sunbeds.

The living area (lounge, dining area, kitchen, TV space) spreads over the open space of a traditional Javanese Joglo overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

There are 5 independent bedrooms with AC and en suite bathrooms: 2 of them in the main building (Joglo) and 3 others located in independent buildings around the pool, including a traditional Javanese Gladak (small house) in carved teak wood.

All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 and 2 are located in the main building (Joglo): 1 bed of 160 x 200cm (63 x 79") in each.

Bedroom 3 is in a bungalow with thatched roof: 1 bed of 160 x 200cm (63 x 79").

Bedroom 4 and 5 are in a 1 floor building.

Bedroom 4 is on the GF : 3 single beds of 90 x 200cm (36 x 79") each. Possibility to make 1 large 180x200cm bed by gather 2 of the single beds.

Bedroom 5 is on 1st Fl (in the Gladak).: 1 king bed (180x200cm) + 1 single bed (90x200cm).

Mattresses available in Bedrooms 4 and 5 (90 x 200cm /36 x 79" each). Extra 25usd/mattress/night applies.

Please read the House Rules carefully. Upon check-in, you will sign a rental agreement recapitulating them:

* The maximum capacity of this villa is 17 people

* No smoking in the bedrooms and bathrooms

* No jumping in the pool from the balcony

*As we respect our environment and Bali's fresh water supply is decreasing, linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise, Charges apply. Txs for your cooperation.

* Treat my villa as if it was yours. Please keep my villa clean and safe. Don't let unused food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and might stain the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff will come do the chores daily but this should not justify disrespectful behaviour.

* Break it/Pay it policy

* By Indonesian law, hosts have to register their guests. A registration fee of IDR 30,000 (about 2-3usd) will be required for each guest and a copy of your passport will be needed upon check in. This process is obligatory and helps locate you in case of an accident/any event requiring to locate you.

* No party/loud noise or music is allowed days & nights

* fireworks are strictly forbidden

* Do not climb the entrance door . If you forget your keys, please use the backup key in the black code box next to the entrance door.

In case of violation of these House Rules, our manager or the security night guard will hand you a written warning notice. In case of repeated violation, we will contact Tripadvisor to lodge a formal complaint, which as per Tripadvisor

rules and policy, will most likely lead to the cancellation of the booking and immediate departure without refund

Getting around

Walking is the best way to get around in Seminyak. A taxi/driver is useful for longer distance. Our driver can also make you discover the rest of the island. You can also hire a bicycle, a scooter or a motorbike. Our management can help you with reservations.

* Anyone entering the villa will have his/her temperature taken. Hand sanitizing and mask wearing required * Face shield and single use gloves for cleaning staff and management * Mask for all other staff working in the villa (poolman, gardener, maintenance ...) * Daily cleaning and sanitization Upon your arrival at the villa, our manager will take his/her temperature and show you the result. He/she will take your temperature too. You will be given a “Safe Welcome Kit” including a washable face mask in fabric (3 layers) and a rechargeable hand sanitizer flacon. During your stay, a minimum of 1m must be observed btwn you and our staff/management.
