This unique Valletta apartment is part of a 400-year old historical building. Situated across the road from the iconic Siege War Memorial & the Lower Barrakka Gardens where you can enjoy spectacular views of Malta's Grand Harbour. A 5-minute walk from the center of Valletta - a city buzzing with shops, restaurants, trendy bars & steeped in history. A bus stop is a few steps away. The space is good for 1 or 2 couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or a family with kids.

The space

This self catering maisonette is on 2 levels and has its own front door:

- it has a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining table and a sofa in the space downstairs.

- the bedroom upstairs has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe storage and a small balcony that overlooks a quiet Valletta street that is lined with traditional Maltese balconies.

The apartment forms part of a 17th Century building that was built with walls that are 1.2m wide.... you should feel safe enough inside! When you step outside, you are a few steps away from the spectacular views of Malta's famous Grand Harbour and The 3 Cities across the water. You will be very centrally located within walking distance of all the Valletta attractions, theatre, shopping streets and 1-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

There are a couple of local swimming spots just across the road on the rocky coast overlooking the Grand Harbour that are used by residents to cool off in the summer.

Amenities include:

An ironing board, hair drier, washing machine, tumble drier, Air Conditioning, TVs with USB ports and Android box for streaming movies, series, YouTube, your Netflix account, etc. WiFi is available free of charge.

The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher & a fire blanket, emergency light and a first aid kit - all located in the kitchen area.
