Our team normally works very hard as we only wish for our guests to have a completely enjoyable stay, therefore it is disheartening if you felt this experience was not more indicative of this norm as a repeat guest of that same unit. I understand that the housekeeping team would have been on the grounds several times throughout your stay and would have efficiently looked into your concerns so that they could have been addressed if they were raised at that time, however you choose not to say anything. We certainly remain respectful of your decision and can assure you that if this was brought to our attention we would have assisted you to the best of our ability. After you vacated the room please know that a thorough investigation was launched and the team will continue with our general maintenance and diligently monitor this area to ensure that there is no recurrence of this kind.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
