Was listed on other site and five star ratings yet site became so expensive for vacationers that I am listing here. I want my guests completely happy and have 100% positive ratings for 100%

My home is entirely rented for 2019! Thanks to all vacationers and inquiries!

Finger lakes are beautiful and so many activities. My home was custom built on almost 110 feet

Of level lake front. With one bedroom down elderly have easy access (no huge stairs) to enjoy lake. My yard is 1/2 grassy and 1/2 beach with fire pit and outdoor seating. Home has an electric boat hoist and electric jet ski hoist (no boats ) for your boat or rental.

100 foot dock! Fishing off dock. Plenty of lakefront and level! If Kayak or canoe pull right up to beach. Private property. Plenty of paved parking for three to four cars.

I have a front porch (street side for relaxing and having coffee) and back deck with propane grill and hot tub for 6. There is aso a patio table and chairs and propane grill.

Into home I have a vaulted ceiling LR with full view of the lake, seating for 8, flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet. DVD player and indoor outdoor stereo. Games and books available on home.

Open kitchen /DR with huge oak table for 8 along with a breakfast bar with two stools. Kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher, garbage disposal, wine cooler, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice, 5 burner stone, coffee maker, blender, service for 8 and is built custom oak. Laundry room has front load washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

1/2 bath off kitchen.

1 bedroom down with double bed.

3 bedrooms upstairs all with queen beds. Two with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows over looking beautiful Seneca Lake.

Master has cable TV and ensuite to spa bathroom and walk through closet.

Another full bath with jacuzzi tub upstairs.

Central air conditioning, linens, towels , included. Just bring food, paper and hygiene products !

Home is public water and sewer no lake water.

Less than 10 miles to all of Geneva NY activities and amenities. New Del Largo casino less than 20 minutes away! Outlet mall less than 20 minutes.historic woman's rights museum in Seneca Falls. Close to Hobart, William and Smith college for graduation or parents weekend.

Home has four wineries and a new beer garden right on road and is on Seneca Lake wine tour trail but also less than 10 miles to the Cayuga Lake wine tour trail.

It is a relaxing place on the water with short drives to many wineries and breweries. Kitchen was spacious with lots of counter space.
