Superbe maison neuve tout confort de 150m² construite dans un grand parc arboré.
RETROUVEZ TOUS LES DÉTAILS SUR : villa-marjolaine
Espace loué de 900m², clos et très sécurisé, murs, protections, portier vidéo, portails motorisés.
A 10 min à pieds du centre du village de pêcheurs de la SOMONE,
Vous pourrez y trouver de l'ombre à tout moment de la journée.
Vous pourrez y apprécier le silence de jour comme de nuit,
mais serez peut être réveillés par les oiseaux le matin.
Vous pourrez jouer aux boules (à disposition) ou faire la sieste dans le hamac à l'ombre des flamboyants.
Aucun vis à vis, la maison du gardien ne fait pas partie de l'espace en location.

Djibi, notre gardien, jardinier, et pisciniste, vous accueillera à votre arrivée et pourra vous aider à l'installation dans la maison, présent 24/24 - 7/7
Il sera également à votre disposition sur demande pour toute explication nécessaire au bon déroulement de votre séjour.
C'est également lui qui sur votre demande démarrera le groupe électrogène.
(Le carburant est à la charge du locataire.)
Kiné notre femme de ménage du village peut intervenir ponctuellement sur demande ou pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, pour le ménage, la cuisine, faire vos courses ou pour vous accompagner au marché.
Elle peut, à votre demande vous apporter pain frais et viennoiseries tous les matins. 7.50€ /jour
Possibilité de garde d'enfants à la maison,
Nota, Kiné et Djibi parlent bien le Français.
- Nous pouvons organiser votre transfert aéroport
- Notre taximan Mame Cheikh, homme de confiance avec qui nous travaillons depuis 2001 pourra vous organiser balades et visites.
- Nous pouvons vous mettre en contact avec une guide locale pour vos visites. 10€/ jour + repas.
- La consommation d'eau est comprise dans la location (eau non potable)
- la consommation d'électricité est en supplément, relevé du compteur Sénélec à votre arrivée et votre départ.
Possibilité de balade à pieds dans la lagune, visite villages peuls très proches. plage à 15mn à pieds, arrivée des pêcheurs. Restauration, bars, soirées sénégalaises.
- Accès rapide supérette et boutiques locales, à proximité de tous commerces.
- Station balnéaire de Saly à 8 km, pêche au gros, golf, voile, jet ski, quad, équitation, discothèque, casino.
Le prix de base indiqué sur le site est forfaitaire par semaine pour 4 personnes maxi ensuite 10€ par nuit et par personne supplémentaire.

Response from the owner Effectivement à cette période de l'année les coupures de courant sont fréquentes et parfois longues. Nous avons déjà pensé à automatiser le démarrage, mais le bruit est aussi un problème pour la nuit. C'est pourquoi le gardien est en mesure à toute heure et sur demande de démarrer le groupe. Heureusement La SENELEC nous promet que les coupures seront de moins en moins nombreuses grâce au projet ambitieux de production en parc solaires photovoltaïques que le gouvernement est en train de mettre en place.
