Description

The Hawk House is a luxury property located in the gated and secure neighborhood of Kissing Camels Estates. It has expansive views of the Rocky Mountains from Pike's Peak to Cheyenne Mountain. Located on the 6th fairway of the South golf course, the view cannot be beat! The home has an open floor plan and is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The home is more than 4,200 sq ft, including a very large basement with a beautiful custom bar and media area. There are three outdoor areas for dining or lounging. The Hawk House is 10 minutes from Downtown, 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes from Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, and 15 minutes from the United States Air Force Academy. Special rates available for Air Force Academy families, just ask!

If Leah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
