Vineyard Haven In-Town Luxury With Water Views. This four bedroom, four and a half bath home has all the modern luxuries you will need during your summer vacation.
The first floor of features an spacious great room designed for entertaining, with living and dining areas, plus a large gourmet kitchen with island with seating for eight.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms feature full marble baths with tub and shower, and flat screen TVs. The second floor Master Suite also has a glass walk-in shower and whirlpool with harbor views. There is one bedroom suite on the lower level.
Do not miss the amazing penthouse lounge on the third floor. Two mahogany decks and views of the Vineyard Haven Harbor as well as an outdoor shower (Outside shower is not enclosed).
The finished lower level consists of a home theater with pool table and wet bar.
This home is located in the heart of downtown Vineyard Haven. Walk to shops, restaurants and ferry.
