Toft's Point West is a cozy, secluded one bedroom cottage on 200 feet of rocky shore with open views to Green Island and Chamber's Island. The cottage is in the country apart from any town or village. You may experience any type of weather to color your stay. This is a smoke-free cottage. It is fully insulated with furnace for use in the cooler weather. The fireplace insert in the living room is unavailable for use by guests. There is a fire pit on the beach for use. Firewood is furnished. Large windows afford water views from every room. A large deck is accessed off the living room and dining room which deck faces the water. The kitchen/dining room addition features plenty of light from breakfast through sunset. Flat screen tv and wireless internet add comfort to your stay. The cottage is rented by the week and closed from November to May of each year. Occupancy is for 2 persons and not suitable for children.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trudy (the owner) a message.

If Trudy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
