Getting around is easy from Villa Gardenia. Everything is a easy walking distance.

Interaction with guest

Our staff will meet & greet you on arrival to the Villa (at a pre-arranged time) and show you around. No staff on site. Staff are contactable day or night if any assistance is required. Privacy assured. Check in time is 2 pm onwards. Check out time is 10 am. If you require any change to this time, this must be pre-arranged before arrival. Airport transport/day tours can be arranged for you. Porta cot available on request Baby car seat available for hire. No Check in/out Christmas Day or Nyepi Day

We suggest to our guests not use if they are unable to reach them. The Balinese timber door gates do expand and contract in the weather being exposed to the elements, we cannot control this. How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kathy (the owner) a message.

If Kathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
