Number 53 is a centrally situated 2 bedroom recently modernised townhouse with FREE STREET PARKING and FREE WIFI. COT & HIGHCHAIR available. One small pet maybe acceptable, please enquire.

The lounge has a brand new very comfy sofa and a SMART TV. There is a dining area with table and chairs.

Newly installed kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc. There is an undercover seating area with a table and a couple of chairs. This also houses the washing machine and freezer.

Upstairs, the newly installed bathroom has a modern L shaped shower bath with a shower over, loo and washbasin.

The main double bedroom has a mirrored wardrobe, drawers and ANOTHER flat screen TELEVISION. There is a double bed and a very comfortable EMMA mattress with bamboo, antiallergy, antibacterial mattress cover. Top of the range pillows are provided for your comfort.

The second bedroom has a small double bed (4 foot) with a very comfy EVE mattress and a chest of drawers.

There is also a single fold down bed if needed.

I can supply free parking passes for on street parking. Parking can be limited at busy times and is on a first come first saved basis.

There is a small yard at the back. Sainsburys park is just a few minutes walk from the house. Supermarkets, Bars, shops ,lots of lovely restaurants, and of course great fish and chips are all very close by.

PLEASE NOTE, If you would like to arrive before the official arrival time , we will do our very best to help with this.

All in all this is a perfect base for great holiday in Scarborough.

“Amazing”

Well can’t recommend this enough, spotlessly clean there is nothing you can’t have , perfect holiday home, & Julie is the perfect host nothing is too much trouble, as for the house itself everything you need from soap , hand sanitizer & disposable gloves to salt & pepper, and kitchen roll they even have tea & coffee ready for a cuppa when you arrive, A really lovely home, constant hot water so no cold showers here!! Position was perfect for exploring the town , and as a bonus they supply parking vouchers with the rental so no parking fines , as Scarborough is very hot with there traffic wardens.

“Short stay in Scarborough”

What can I say about this house? Well, it’s a home from home, very well presented. It’s a terrace house so don’t expect a big garden, IT IS centrally located! Having said that, the facilities available in the house are great. It’s a 5 minute walk from the train station, so everything is very easy to get to. The owners are very attentive and on hand should you need them. The house as I’ve alreay said, is central to everything. Very well maintained. We stayed for 2 nights as a mini break and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The bathroom is immaculate and extremely modern. The rest of the house is very warmly decorated. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a homely feel on holiday.

“Sort stay”

This was a sort stay which had to be extended. The house is in a great place for all the amenities and a nice walk to the sea (20 mins). With in the house you have all you need for a self catering holiday the rooms and a nice size and the owner is very helpful if you need anything. We would stay again
