Malee Seaview E1 - Beachfront Villa, two floors with fantastic location a bit secluded, inviting pool area and wonderful views of the Andaman Sea with stunning sunsets.

Accommodation:

Exclusive beach villa of about 200 sqm on Malee Beach area with its own large lovely kidney shaped pool with integrated Jacuzzi, there is also a net for pool volleyball or beach tennis in the pool, outside shower and a sala at the shore . The villa includes 4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a large well equipped kitchen with large dining area for 10 people.

Large terrace with sun loungers and two large wicker sofas in the shade where there is also cooling fans in the ceiling.

First floor:

Kitchen / living room : dining group , well equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer , stove (gas and electric), oven , microwave , dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster , fan and AC.

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, fan and AC

Bedroom 2: single bed, wardrobe, TV and apple-TV, fan and AC

Bathroom 1: shower , toilet, sink .

Second floor:

Bedroom 3: master bedroom, double bed, dresser, TV, fan, AC and access to the beach front balcony.

Bedroom 4: double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV / DVD, fan and AC

Electric and water is not included in the price is charged after consumption. Electric is 6 thb/unit and water is 40 thb/unit. We do a reading off the meters toeghter at check in and check out.

The house is located in the Malee beach area on the northern part of Long beach. Many beachfront restaurants real close and there is also lots of restaurants, 7/11, pharmacy, doctor and more by the road on walking distance.

Best way to get around Lanta is really to rent your own scooters and cruise around Koh Lanta. We can help you with car and scooter rental and get thew deliverd to your house.

A beautiful house right at the beach. Great location and good conncetion with both the host and the hotel connected to the house. Jonas also arranged the transportation for us from the airport. Koh La… More
