Watersong is a truly spectacular 5* gated community surrounded by woodlands, lakes, conservation areas and luscious greenery everywhere, offering you a therapeutic escape from your hectic life. If you include the fact it also enjoys an exceptionally large Clubhouse, with a communal pool and spa plus fitness centre and many more amenities, it is a definite must for the more discerning clients and one that will please all of your guests.

Our two-storey 4-bedroom home in Watersong is exceptionally beautiful, with a lovely conservation view and an open plan flowing layout that includes many luxury features. It is simply a fantastic home in which to enjoy the peace and tranquillity this prestigious development offers, together with the excellent onsite quality amenities.

Lounge 1 is an elegant and spacious family area with plenty of comfortable leather seating and a large flat screen TV all designed for maximum enjoyment. You will find that this is perfect to relax and watch a movie or a game after a busy day in the parks or shopping malls.

The Kitchen Is high end and fully equipped with beautiful granite worktops and can cater for all your dining requirements. The breakfast bar is ideal and somewhere your guests can enjoy informal meals or simply chat while you preparing the evening meal.

The Dining Area overlooks the pool deck and is perfect for more formal home cooked meals while catching up on all the events of the day giving you everything you require to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The Games Room includes a pool table and table top football which is perfect for everyone in the group to enjoy some competitive games of an evening.

The Outside of the home is beautiful, with a large covered lanai that includes a good size dining table and chairs, ideal for sampling the delights of outdoor dining and a little shade if the perfect Florida weather becomes too much. The pool also has a spa and with conservation views, you can enjoy a relaxing swim, read a book, and watch the children play. There is also a smaller dining suite available alongside the pool that is a fabulous retreat at the end of the day to just chill and have a glass of something refreshing.

The bedroom line up consists of:

Bedroom 1 – Queen Suite is designed with lovely bright honey colours, a Queen bed and a flat screen television plus Ensuite Facilities of a Bath with shower over and a single basin unit.

Bedroom 2 – King Suite which is absolutely gorgeous with seating for you to relax and enjoy a quite morning coffee or read a book before joining everyone for dinner. There is a King Size bed plus a flat screen television and Ensuite Facilities of a shower and double basin unit.

Bedroom 3 – Queen Suite with a beautiful bright interior that simply oozes luxury and comfort. There is a Queen Bed and flat screen television, plus Ensuite Facilities of a bath with shower over and a twin basin unit.

Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom with two single beds and a flat screen television, perfect for Children sharing. Family Bathroom includes a bath with shower over and a single basin unit.

Study Area – there is also a very useful small study/work area upstairs with desk and chair for those who may need to catch up on some work

How do damage deposits work?
