Casa Nicola is a stunning Medieval house offering a high level of comfort.
The house is perfect for several families or a large group of friends as there are 3 fully fitted kitchens, 9 large bedrooms - all doubles or triples and 4 living rooms. Indeed the house can be divided into 3 large self-contained apartments by simply opening a couple of doors.
There are several terraces including a roof terrace with a barbecue and stunning views across the Apennine mountains. There are 2 further terraces and a garden with pergola.
The house is ideally located for people who enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountains but still within easy reach of all the major Tuscan towns such as Florence and Siena.
You will be renting the entire property and will enjoy complete privacy.
The Medieval village of Popiglio offers a tranquil retreat from the nearby Tuscan towns of Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia. Its winding narrow medieval alleys has breathtaking views of the Apennines. It is a popular area for walking, hiking and cycling as well as sightseeing.
A new addition to the house is a pool in the garden, this is currently under construction but will be available for the summer.

Popiglio is a large village with a bar and pizzeria in the piazza, a bakery, two small supermarkets, chemist, post office and bank machine.
The nearest town is the attractive market town of San Marcello Pistoiese, just 10 minutes away, which has plenty of shops and restaurants.
The picturesque spa town of Bagni di Lucca is just 15 minutes away and also has plenty of shops and restaurants. There is also a great outdoor swimming pool with a bar, perfect for families.
There is a fantastic theme park called Canyon Park just 15 minutes away if you are looking for outdoor sports. Take a look at their website.
The beautiful walled city of Lucca is just 40 minutes away as is Pistoia (Tuscany's hidden gem) and Florence is just an hour.
