If you are looking for a comfortable and central apartment for your stay in the lagoon city, Apartment San Filippo is for you. A few steps from Piazza San Marco and the vaporetto stop San Zaccaria is the perfect place to reach all the main attractions of Venice.

Casa San Filippo is the ideal location for those wishing to explore this magical city on foot or by boat. Suitable for families or couples.

The house overlooks the charming and lively Campo San Filippo and Giacomo, the small square that day comes alive with Venetians and tourists while at night gives way to lonely and romantic passers-by, in the Castello district, just one minute walk from famous Basilica di San Marco.

The apartment was recently renovated and has all the amenities: free WI-FI, SAT TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine ... It consists of wide entrance, equipped kitchen with all utensils, bathroom with shower, a large living room with the dining room and two double bedrooms. It's located on the first floor of a Venetian palace without lift.

We are in the heart of Venice, which hosts churches, squares and buildings of the most famous in the world. La Fenice, Palazzo Dandolo, Piazza San Marco and its Basilica: are the symbols of the city, the same ones that every day attract countless visitors. In the city of the oldest film festival in the world, literally it seems to be on a movie set. Sit in a stylish bar, or let yourself be carried by a gondola, and breathy.
