Wake up to an amazing view of the Black Hills! This nice location is only minutes away from dining and shopping in downtown Rapid City and also close to Mount Rushmore, National Parks and Forest hiking trails.

This private guest suite includes parking, entrance and outdoor patio. The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen beds and are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has granite countertops, tiled floor and a new walk-in shower. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed. A 50" UHDTV is yours to enjoy with Dish DVR and a Blu-ray player. The game room has a pool table and darts for enjoyment.

An outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the Black Hills view along with seating and a gas grill. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use.

Enjoy the outdoor pool Memorial Day to Labor Day! The facilities include, a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground that are open year round.

This Property is licensed with the State of South Dakota as a premier vacation rental. We live in a separate section on the property and are available if needed, yet your area is a completely private section.
