Once you land, you'll never want to leave.

Overlooking a panoramic view of the breath taking Lake and beautiful Lake Havasu City lights in the distance and the scenic marina, this unit offers an open concept living. Views from the combined living, dining & kitchen with a large patio off the back (not just a deck). Relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and enjoy watching the boats launch in the protected marina.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located behind the guard gated community of Havasu Landing Resort & Casino. The master bedroom offers a very comfortable full size pillow top bed with private ensuite bathroom w/strand up shower with plenty of storage. Guest room offers a full size set of bunk beds and a queen bed (3 total beds in guest room) with plenty of drawer space. The guest bath is located in the hall and offers a tub/shower combo. This unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably, 10 if you utilize the "L" shape couch. Your welcome to bring a air mattress.

Unit Amenities:

Large BBQ, outdoor shower, lots of parking, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, cookware, dishwasher, linens, towels, beach towels, blankets, hair dryers, 3 TV's (1 smart TV in living room & 1 Smart TV in guest bedroom), fire pit and Free Wifi.

Our mobile home is very clean and cozy. Offers all the essentials needed your own home would have. Just bring your tooth brush and enjoy the beautiful water views by day and the stunning sparkling city lights view by night.

Feel free to help yourself to any condiments, seasonings, coffee, first-aid essentials, storage bags, etc., in the unlocked cabinets.

Garage is OFF limits to renters.

Getting around

Everything is within a 5 minute walk from our unit. An area map is included in our welcome binder as well as local restaurants, etc. Once you arrive, a car is not needed, if you don't mind a short walk.

Interaction with guest

Our guests love it here. There is plenty of activities year round, from water sports in the summer and off-roading in the dessert during the cooler months. "Pictures do not do it justice"

“Espectacular”

I love the view it was calm and the house was very comfortable. My kids also loved it. They fished and went inside the lake even when the water was freezing cold.
