A spacious, newly refurbished four/five bedroom house with three bathrooms/shower-rooms, and a south facing roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and wood-burning pizza oven.

Just a couple of minutes from the seafront and Brighton's i360 viewing tower this property has the enviable position of being both tucked away from it all, yet surrounded by many of Brighton's finest bars, restaurants and shops not to mention great parks, cinemas, music & clubbing venues all within a minutes walk!

1x double bedroom (kingsize bed), this room can be set up twin room or a triple bedroom with a third mattress set up on the floor.

1x double bedroom (kingsize bed) this room can be either a double or a triple room with 1x kingsize bed and a single mattress bed set up on the floor

1x double bedroom (super-king bed) this room is on it's own floor with a shower-room, dressing area and access to the roof terrace. This room is ideal for two but in order to keep 12 guests out of the living room a single bed can be set up thus making it a triple bedroom.

Enjoyed a fabulous break with friends to celebrate a birthday. Brilliant location and lovely house. We had great weather and the roof garden cane into its own. How do damage deposits work?

If Edwina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
