3 Bedroom/3 On-Suite Bath Villa on the beach with Oceanview and Mountain Vistas

Villa DC Oeste is a modern contemporary design with a bit of Mexican flare. The house is 2,900 sq ft.and rest on a crest that is only 100 ft. from the ocean's surf, located in Las Tunas, in the town of Todos Santos. It offers complete privacy that is fully fenced and gated. There are magnificent views of the oceanfront/beach that stretches as far as you can see in both directions. The house is second to none with large glass openings throughout the house and panoramic views of the ocean, desert, and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, where you can enjoy the sunrise with your favorite cup of tea or coffee.

When you enter the gate of Villa DC Oeste, you will be welcomed by a spacious driveway lined on both sides with beautiful palm trees at the front entry with landscape of different flora. Gravel and stone walkways surround the house leading to the heated pool, pool deck, and spa, that can be enjoyed by both adults and children.

As you enter the main level of the house, there is a foyer, guest bathroom, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and amenities for your convenience. The dining area seats 6, the kitchen also has seating for four at the breakfast bar, with generous granite counter space and plenty of cabinetry. As you continue into the living room there is a color TV, DVD player, and a selection of videos for your enjoyment. There are adjacent glass doors that lead to the patio which accommodate seating of up to 6 to 8 guests.
