Description

The Coconut Cabana is a fully equipped and supplied, 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental. This cottage has central A/C, WiFI, complimentary W/D and more. The cottage has a living room, flatscreen cable Smart TV, full kitchen, table, two bedrooms, each with queen bed, closets, ceiling fans, bathroom and tiled floors.

The Coconut Cabana is part of a 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church on Clearwater Beach. Located in a neighborhood within walking distance to everything on the island.

Our cottage is situated in a tropical garden setting with palm trees, 2 heated pools, lots of sun and shade, all very peaceful, private and relaxing. Ready for the beach? We are 2 block, 3 minute walk to the beach.

Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion grill (both located on the beach front), listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot.

Pier 60 is also very close and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, great place for the kids.

Getting around

This is a great place for a vacation in Clearwater Beach. It is all to do with location. We are close to the beach, shops and restaurants. No need to find a parking space, leave the car in our parking lot in our quiet avenue, nearly everything local is within walking distance, including the pier.

Interaction with guest

Located 1/2 mile north of the round-a-bout on north Clearwater Beach. This is an excellent location for walking to the beach, the town and the Clearwater Beach recreation center with open tennis and basketball courts. The center also has an Olympic sized swimming pool with a child's area, free swim and lap lanes. Library and fitness center all available to our guests are a very nominal fee. Numerous restaurants within walking distance, beachfront, family friendly and live music! Shops, parks, Pier 60, marina, mini-golf, Caladesi and Honeymoon islands and more! Three minute walk to the beach!

The location is great. Very clean and comfortable. The heated pools and landscaping are fantastic. Very close to the beach. Oh and the bananas where delicious.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
