Upstairs leads to a bright and spacious living area including the Living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. Newly renovated throughout with updated high end kitchen including full size stainless steel appliances, well equipped with all the supplies you will need for your stay and over-sized island bar with 3 bar stools. Your whole family can comfortably relax in the living room and enjoy the Wood burning fireplace, loads of natural light and comfortable leather furniture. Sofa converts to QUEEN bed allowing total of 8 to sleep in this Townhouse if needed.

Dining room seats 8 comfortably, plus there are 3 bar stools on kitchen island.

Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. Master with KING BED with new high end mattress just purchased Nov 2017..and 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed. Large bathroom with a large double sink vanity and over-sized shower services these upper bedrooms. Deck off the upper hallway has private HOT tub offering a great space to relax and enjoy a soak after skiing or just enjoy the view.

This townhouse has a carport plus additional free designated parking spaces. Walking distance to all the Creekside amenities, Grocery store, liquor Store, Starbucks and Restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?
