Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, 6 Sleeps

This beautiful, 4th floor, 2 bedroom, luxury condo has living room & master bedroom sliding glass door entrances to a large balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Madeira Norte complex sits on the white, sugar sand beach of Madeira on Florida's Central Gulf Coast located on an island next to St. Petersburg and south of Clearwater. The Madeira Norte complex is directly across the street from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. This is a great family vacation area to enjoy the Gulf waters, heated pool, beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, shelling, fishing, boating, snorkeling, parasailing, swimming and more. John's Pass Village has excellent dining, shopping and entertainment. And, it's only 30 minutes to Busch Gardens and 90 minutes to the Orlando area theme parks. Rest & relaxation and theme park excitement are all within a stone's throw of this condo. Please note that the condo is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the unit's balcony. Minimum 7 day rental due to Association Rules.

Normal rental period is Saturday arrival at 2pm until the next Saturday at 10 am unless otherwise confirmed through reservation.
