Description

Welcome to Sea Colony West and our beautiful and comfortable condo.

Close to the private ocean and several pools as well as fitness center and children's play area. A tram takes guests (and their beach gear) to and from the beach every day in the season. Indoor and outdoor tennis courts and basketball courts and a large and new fitness center are available to all guests.

Many quests return each year to stay at our home. We provide comfortable setting, fully stocked kitchen and linens to use. Beach chairs, toys and towels are also available for your use.

Each guest over the age of 4 must purchase a guest badge which provides access to all amenities including private beach, pools, tennis courts, tram in season, etc. The rate varies by season from $15-45 per person and is paid at check in time when guests receive their parking permits.

Linen service is provided. Please wash and dry beach towels if you use them.

Check-in time is 4pm and check out is 10 am.

This is a smoke-free property. No pets are allowed. No rentals to persons under the age of 25. NO SMOKING.

How do damage deposits work?
