This pet-friendly beautiful three bedroom home boasts a screened porch to the front and a completely private pool with a fenced in yard to the rear, offering ample opportunity for outdoor relaxation and a safe area for your 4 legged family member to also have a fun vacation. The pool area has a large covered area offering lots of shade and an ideal place for eating outdoors.

This home features a King Master En Suite, walk in shower and large tub, with an additional two Queen bedrooms.

This single story home is ideal for a young family or guests that don't want stairs.

The home is located in the scenic community of Crescent Lakes which is made up of a number of smaller communities and features several children's play areas as well as basketball and tennis courts.

Crescent Lakes is in Kissimmee and is a quiet up-market residential area off the 192 East of Disney. All the houses are well spaced out and are beautifully designed both externally and internally.

At the back of Crescent Lakes is an enormous Conservation Area which has nature walks over a boarded walk-way where you can see exotic wildlife and birds and many species of plants and shrubs. As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is host to many lakes which are stocked full of fish. You are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area - it is ideal for children too as you can catch fish in a matter of seconds!

To find Crescent Lakes, travel along the 192 East away from Disney. Go past Kissimmee Old Town on the right (you'll see the Ferris wheel). At Poinciana Boulevard turn right. Go straight through the traffic lights (with 7-11 on your right). You will see Crescent Lakes to your right.

There are shops and supermarkets nearby, as well as many restaurants and other activities (such as the world's largest Sky-Coaster - a 300 foot free fall on the end of a steel rope). Nearby Kissimmee Old Town is well worth a visit, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and weekend car cruises. A 15 minute drive will get you to Boggy Creek Airboat rides where you can take an exciting ride over some of Florida's marsh-lands and, again, see all sorts of wild creatures. Paragliding is also available over the lake, as well as jet-skiing and speed-boating.

The Owner allows DOGS in this home, but no cats please I'm afraid the Owner is allergic.
