Silverdale, Sunbeams is on the first floor of a large Victorian house divided into 3 flats. (The ground floor Starlight is also available as a holiday let.)

Having recently been redecorated throughout to a very high standard

Located in a well-kept Edwardian property, and offers a kingsize en suite bedroom, triple room with double bed and single bed, double bedroom and a further single bedroom comfortably sleeping 8 however an extra bed can be provided if required at an extra cost pf £25 per night.

Sunbeams is a lovely light and airy apartment located in Lower Meads. Close to the theatres, Eastbourne Tennis, art galleries, museums, boutique shops, restaurants, pubs, seafront & town centre. The South Downs National Park is on the door step providing glorious walks with breath-taking views.

Beach, town, theatres and National Downs all nearby. Family friendly Great for children of all ages. Flat screen TV with sound bar, TV in master bedroom, WiFi, DVDs, books. Pets possible on request. Car not necessary. Nearest beach and nearest shops 0.1k.

Walking distance to the pier, theatres & shops & English Schools including St Giles two minutes’ walk.

Bus stops for bus routes to the start of the South Down Way, the station and town centre or the open top sight-seeing bus are just a few metres away. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.

How do damage deposits work?
