LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Our Townhome is located 2.5 miles from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton & Solitude Ski Resorts) and about 3.5 miles from Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta & Snowbird Resorts). This unit has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, 1/2 bath, WASHER & DRYER, family room, full kitchen with oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, updated counters & cabinets, and kitchen table & chairs. Also provided are two covered parking stalls. Guests have private use of the full townhome and parking stalls. Wifi and cable tv provided.

The location of this home is amazing. The home is nestled in a small residential area but the freeway is 1/2 mile away and restaurants, a fitness center, shopping centers, etc are located right outside the property.

Uber, Lyft, and public buses are available in the area. We do have two dedicated parking stalls, however, so feel free to bring your own vehicle.

Please be considerate of the neighbors by being quiet while in the townhome. Please no parties, events, loud music or visitors without permission. This is a very quiet townhome complex so noise level would be our primary concern. No smoking or pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Jesse (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
